ईसबगोल के इस्तेमाल का तरीका

ईसबगोल की भूसी का असर होने में 10-12 घंटे लग जाते हैं, इसलिए शाम को छह बजे के करीब लेंगे तो सुबह समय से मोशन हो सकेगा। जब कब्ज ठीक हो जाए, तो यह प्रयोग बंद कर दें। आधे ग्लास पानी में एक चम्मच 5 मिनट तक भिगो कर पी लें और इस के बाद एक ग्लास पानी और पी लें। इसे खाने के 1 घंटे बाद लेना बेहतर है। वजन घटाने के लिए दिन में 3 बार खाने से आधा घंटा पहले लेना उचित है। दमा की शिकायत में सुबह-शाम दो-दो चम्मच ईसबगोल की भूसी गर्म पानी के साथ लेने से यह शिकायत दूर हो जाती है। 

ईसबगोल के बीजों को लेना हो तो इन्हें पीसना नहीं चाहिए। ईसबगोल के बीज शांतिदायक और शीतल होते हैं। इनसे पेट की अनावश्यक गर्मी दूर होती है।
